Menu music now working

I imported my music function from Harrier Attack Reloaded into Mimo's Quest to enable the playing of music in the main game menu. I wanted to go for a pirate theme, so I transcribed the notes for Wellerman into the score. It seems to work well. I had to adapt the music function to allow for 8 notes in a bar in several places. So rather than increase the general interrupt speed and add in extra spaces between the notes, I created a function that changes the interrupt speed using a byte marker in the score. I may enable a function to allow music in the game, and possibly have it themed for specific locations.
