Added redefinable keys and sound effect system

I have imported my code for the keyboard scanning interrupt, redefinable keys and the sound effect system from Harrier Attack Reloaded into Mimo's Quest. This will allow you to play the game via the keyboard, and should enable the creation of more complicated sound effects for the game.
